Complimentary Consultation
At Dynamic Permanent Makeup & Beauty Studio, your journey begins with a complimentary (free) 30-minute consultation. During this time, we will:
Discuss your aesthetic goals and vision
Evaluate your facial structure, symmetry, and skin characteristics
Review pigment, shape, and technique recommendations
Answer all questions regarding the process, healing, and aftercare
My approach is honest, artistic, and detail-focused, ensuring refined, natural, and timeless results tailored uniquely to you.

Late Arrival
Please arrive on time
20+ minutes late may result in rescheduling and deposit forfeiture
Timeliness ensures quality results and respect for all clients.
Guests & Children
To maintain a sterile and peaceful environment:
No children, pets, or additional guests in the procedure room
Guests may wait in designated areas only
Previous PMU Work
Pre-approval required for all previously tattooed brows/lips/eyeliner
Undisclosed prior work may result in service denial & $150 fee
Corrections may require multiple sessions
Results & Expectations
Permanent makeup is a multi-session process
Color, shape, and retention vary by individual
Proper aftercare is critical
Additional sessions may be needed for best results
We are committed to excellence, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Booking & Deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
Deposit is applied toward your service balance
Remaining balance due at appointment
A card on file is required for all bookings
Rescheduling & Cancellations
48+ hours’ notice: deposit transfers to new date
Less than 48 hours: new deposit required
Same-day cancellation or no-show: $150 fee and deposit forfeited
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you — last-minute changes affect other clients.
Medical Eligibility
You must be 18+ with valid ID and complete required medical forms. Do not book if you:
Are pregnant or nursing
Take blood-thinning medications
Have uncontrolled diabetes (doctor clearance required)
Are currently undergoing chemotherapy (doctor clearance required)
Have active viral infections or medical contraindications
Use retinoids/Retin-A near the treatment area
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable
Touch-ups are not included unless stated
Results vary based on skin, aftercare, and personal healing
Touch-Up Policy
6–8 week touch-up available at a reduced rate
Must be completed within 8 weeks to receive touch-up pricing
After 12–15 months, annual refresh pricing applies
